1. Use

Use this platform lawfully for social-media engagement. Do not misuse it.

2. Account

Protect credentials and accept responsibility for account activity.

3. Payments

Digital services are billed in advance through Paddle or Unitpay. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.

4. Refunds

Follow our refund policy. Contact hi@likeman.com within 7 days; refunds use the original payment method.

5. IP and Liability

Content belongs to SMMShift LLC or licensors. We are not liable for indirect damages and do not guarantee results.

6. Termination

We may terminate access for violations.

7. Governing Law

These Terms follow Hong Kong law and disputes use Hong Kong courts.

8. Changes

Updates are posted with a revised date.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing SMMShift, creating an account, adding funds, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Our services

SMMShift provides digital social media promotion services. Delivery times, retention, geographic targeting, quality, refill periods, and guarantees differ by service and are stated in each service description. SMMShift is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, Facebook, X, Twitch, or other third-party platforms.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and use one account responsibly. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

4. Orders

Submit only complete, correct, publicly accessible links. Do not change usernames, delete content, make an account private, or order the same quantity for the same link from multiple providers while an order is active. Start times and delivery speeds are estimates. Once processing has started, an order may not be cancellable. Refill or replacement applies only when the selected service explicitly includes a guarantee and its conditions are met.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments add credit to your SMMShift balance. Funds are used to purchase services. If an order cannot be completed, the undelivered amount may be returned to the account balance. Refunds to the original payment method are reviewed individually and may be limited by completed services, payment-provider fees, chargebacks, fraud concerns, or applicable law.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use SMMShift for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, impersonation, infringement, political manipulation, or content that violates the rights of others. We may refuse or stop service when a link or campaign creates legal, security, or platform-compliance risks.

7. Service availability

Third-party platforms frequently change their systems. Services, prices, limits, delivery speeds, and availability may change without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a specific commercial result.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMMShift is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, account restrictions, content removal, platform actions, or changes made by third-party social networks. Our total liability for a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

9. Privacy

Use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that policy.
