Acceptable Use Policy

You may use SMMShift only for lawful purposes and for public content you are authorized to promote.

Prohibited activity

• Fraud, deception, impersonation, phishing, malware, or unauthorized account access.
• Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, or promotion of illegal goods or services.
• Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations.
• Political manipulation, election interference, or misleading civic engagement.
• Attempts to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass website security.
• Orders involving private, deleted, restricted, or unlawfully obtained content.
• Chargeback abuse, stolen payment methods, duplicate accounts used to evade restrictions, or resale that misrepresents service conditions.

Enforcement

We may reject, pause, cancel, or investigate activity that creates legal, security, payment, platform, or reputational risk. Serious or repeated violations may result in account restriction or termination, subject to applicable law.

Reporting

Report suspected abuse through the support area and include the relevant public link or order ID. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information.
